If you are interested in working at IBA, you are certainly someone who is focused on the future, the technology and the willingness to be a part of the most interesting challenge: to protect, enhance and saves lives. It means that we already have one thing in common and so we might have the opportunity to get to know each other better soon.   We try to keep our selection process flexible. Because everyone is different, every interview will be different. We want to know you the best, to understand your skills and ambitions through several interviews performed by our HR staff and your future colleagues.

Depending on the position and your location, you will sometimes be asked first to have phone interviews and, later in the recruitment process, to travel if necessary to meet your future boss and some other key positions. We can also ask you to prepare a presentation, to take part in role-playing, to go through technical tests.
